Project Manager Overview:

As the Project Costing/Project Manager SRP you will be participating in business processes of Services Resource Planning (SRP) mapping including process analysis and design, gap analysis, functional system design and specifications, system configuration, development of system tests, procedures, and documentation. You will analyze business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing service and communication skills, an ability to lead and direct others, is able to track resource availability and allocation, assess risk and put risk management plans into action, as well as, someone who is highly organized and can report on project metrics.

***This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the US or Canada*

You have (minimun qualifications):

  • Bachelors' degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Business.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in systems applications consulting, either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider.
  • Strong background in project management, including experience developing work-breakdown structures and project plans, most notably in Microsoft Project or SmartSheet.
  • Strong understanding of data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations to NetSuite applications.
  • Experience leading large teams across multiple engagements and developing staff.
  • Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an implementation plan.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodology.

Preferred qualifications:

  • PMP or MBA.
  • NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience.
  • Experience facilitating the design and configuration of NetSuite.
  • Strong business skills and experience in accounting, finance or operations.
  • Experience with software in an ASP/SaaS environment is a plus as is any experience with financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software.
  • Knowledge of data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations to NetSuite applications.


  • Analyzing business/technical requirements and objectives, performing fit/gap analysis, and providing recommendations
  • Documenting all engagements including the creation of design documents, technical specifications, process documentation, specification, system deployment documents, system integration, and interface documents, and publish reports as necessary
  • Providing key decision support, monitoring issues and risks, and creating mitigation plans for clients.
  • Leading organizational changes and business process improvements with clients
  • Specification development and driving quality, testing, and delivery methodology processes to ensure a successful transition and client satisfaction
