Talented and Motivated Remote-Working Digital Marketing Executive with Experience Executing Marketing Tasks for an Online Ecommerce Business in the Personal Development Industry**

Position: Digital Marketing Executive
Basic Salary: $36,000 P/A Basic + Bonus 0.5% of Total Revenue. **OTE: $48,000-$96,000

*Hours: Full-Time 40 Hours+ (Flexible)
Holiday: 20 Days P/A
Location: Remote Working *

What We Do
The Coaching Masters is an online education platform that sells coaching-related information- products. Our product line includes: a membership platform, coaching certifications, NLP training, business launch programs, merchandise, global events and we are currently in the process of opening co-working spaces in south-east Asia.

Where We Are Right Now
We have built a strong community of 1000 paying members, hundreds of people have taken our courses, have a team of 15, and are achieving revenues in the seven-figure mark. We’ve achieved this success in the last 18 months and it has taken us a while to build the internal operations that will ensure we can scale. We are now looking for a talented, proactive, Marketing Executive to help scale our marketing efforts. We will be building out new lead magnets, online funnels and launching new products, and we will need someone to help us research, plan & co-ordinate with the team to get them live, optimised and converting us sales

The Role
The role would include planning launches, creating new products, and assisting the Marketing Manager and CEO with various growth-related activities. You would be carrying out multiple tasks at once, as well as doing research and carrying out projects that would help grow the business. We are currently scaling between 2 to 10 million per year and we need to be hitting the marketing from all angles in order to do this – so any initiative or idea that either our leadership team, or yourself, can think of, we want to execute it immediately to bring in more leads and sales.

Your Experience
The right candidate would have experience and education with online-based marketing with proven results in managing marketing campaigns and product launches. Experience in all of the following will be required for the role:

  • Understanding of online marketing funnels
  • Market Research
  • Product Creation
  • Content Creation (including but not limited to Writing persuasive/sales copy)
  • Marketing project process management

Requirements

  • Have at least 4 years’ experience working directly in digital marketing.
  • Have some form of education whether that is from university or private education.
  • Have a motivated & passionate outlook on digital marketing.
  • Have a growth mindset to learn new skills and find solutions.

We are all about taking imperfect action and growing quickly. So, the person suited to this role would need to be self-motivated and prepared to try new things and get stuck in. To fit in with our team, you’d be focused on your results, earnings, and the impact we make in the business, rather than your basic-salary and the number of hours you put in.
