OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a talented Affiliate Marketing Manager to help us grow our customer and shopper programs. Our current team is small and nimble and we are ready to expand. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our program, manage agency relationships, and lead cross functional initiatives. The ideal candidate would have 4 - 6 years of partner management experience working in an online B2C or agency environment.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Oversee the day-to-day management and growth of our affiliate programs
  • Identify, recruit, and cultivate new affiliate relationships that will help us reach new audiences and driving incremental business
  • Actively work with affiliate platforms and account management agencies to optimize partner campaigns towards efficiency
  • Leverage product knowledge, data, market trends, and competitive insights to make recommendations for growth
  • Partner with internal cross functional teams to develop offerings to inspire user engagement

ABOUT YOU

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in affiliate marketing or related field
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to frame up succinct objectives, findings and recommendations
  • Ability to self-start, manage projects, and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics, reporting, and data management tools
  • Bonus: Proficient in SQL; Experience in the on-demand economy; Experience with App-based product; Experience with Impact or other Affiliate partner platforms a plus
