Customer Support Representative at Grow Therapy

Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing:

We are looking for multiple outstanding customer support professionals to maintain strong relationships with our customers: our therapists and their clients. These support representatives will speak directly to our customers over chat, email, and sometimes phone, and maintain high volume while also focusing on quality. A successful candidate for this role showcases composure and flexibility as customer needs evolve and case volume changes, and is excited to get in at the ground floor of a rapidly growing Support organization.

You’ll Be a Good Fit If:

  • You lead with empathy, and prioritize customer value over everything else (working closely to find solutions that make their goals possible)
  • You are successful working independently and remotely, and adapt well to changing priorities and customer needs
  • You are comfortable meeting quantitative metrics, including the number of conversations you work on per day
  • You thrive working at a fast-paced startup, and you are excited about contributing to our startup’s growth
  • Bonus points if you have a track record of at least one year of successful customer-facing professional experience
  • Basic programming or engineering skills and/or interest, as well as education / training / certification in a business- or technology-related field, is a plus but not required

The salary range for this role is $52-$55K
