What this role is about : As the Creative Copywriter, you will help define and articulate our brand voice, as well as shape communications across every aspect of our organisation - from product information to internal communication to social media campaigns & initiatives.

You will be joining a tight-knit, collaborative team that cares deeply about creating beautiful interfaces and intuitive experiences.

As the copywriter, you will also be responsible for conceptualising / writing all in-product communication that touches our customer experience across web, mobile, email / push, and offline.

More importantly, you will bring clarity, brand personality, and moments of delight into our customer product experience.

  • Love creating brilliant content that speaks to the emotions of consumers and our own team
  • Are an articulate writer meaning that you avoid drab enterprise jargon, can adapt to the EasyEat voice and write with empathy for our customers.
  • Are informed of zeitgeist / memes / pop culture enthusiast
  • Fan of bringing out the power of words using iconic imagery, meaningful metaphors, appealing alliterations, and any other literary devices
  • Are data-driven in how you approach and measure your work, constantly analysing the impact of all that we put out into the world
  • Are always willing to roll up your sleeves and get scrappy we are a startup after all!

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Background in Economics / Finance, Literature or Journalism preferred
  • Exceptional English vocabulary and written skills
  • Good grasp of copywriting and a knack for communicating ideas effectively
  • At least 3+ years of experience and expertise in brand communication and creative execution
  • Prior experience in agencies and media houses is highly preferred
