Job Description

This role will collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, training, implementation and customer success to shape messaging, design communications and campaigns, support launches, engage within the customer community and support a variety of new initiatives across the Apps, Giving and Donor Management product portfolio.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Become a subject matter expert for your product portfolio and related clients and partners, and use this knowledge to assist in the creation of messaging that clearly articles value proposition for key buyer personas.
  • Assist senior product marketing managers in the development and execution of go-to-market plans, including the internal and external launch of new products and releases, and coordination of the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and respond to customer inquiries within our client community.
  • Collaborate closely with the content marketing team to design, draft and secure necessary reviews/approvals for collateral to support defined product and solution areas.
  • Coordinate with senior product marketing managers and segment marketing managers, and customer marketing to assist in developing campaigns that will drive customer acquisition, retention and upsell.
  • Draft customer communications for the defined product and solution area, and work closely with customer marketing, product and product marketing to schedule and execute all customer communications.
  • Work closely with product managers and product marketers to understand new features' technical capability and be responsible for drafting help articles, readiness tools, and all technical content.
  • Work closely with the training team to ensure the knowledge center and training materials are kept up to date, and articles reflect the most recent feature updates.
  • Own, and keep up-to-date product features and solution pages.

Required experience:

  • 1-2 years experience in product, marketing, or customer success.
  • Previous experience writing technical content for a product or service.
  • Previous experience working with product teams is a plus. **If you live in WA or CO - this will not be a remote position, you will be required to work out of our CO or WA office (once we are permitted back).*

Pay for CO state: $56k - $73k (DOE)

Pay for other states: Varies based on location
