Job Description

Join the ground level of an exciting startup that is at the cutting edge of the rapidly growing digital mental wellness industry, forecasted to be a $930Bn market by 2030.

Mindwell Labs is a precision healthcare technology company based in NYC. We're building the future of preventive medicine enabled by the healthcare data revolution, while fixing our urgent mental health crisis.

One billion people worldwide need help with their mental health. 83% of the US population will experience a mental disorder in their life. The industry however lacks (1) metrics/measurement technology to ensure accuracy of diagnosis and effectiveness of treatment, and (2) a complete solution for the middle ~70% of the mental health population with moderate conditions which are best served by self-therapy. Mindwell Labs has solved the above problem. It recently launched AQ™, the first end-to-end mental health app for consumers that is personalized using real-time biofeedback through their smartwatch. Our current focus is anxiety disorder, the #1 mental illness in America. Early traction of AQ™ is showing metrics up to 5x of industry average.

The CEO/Co-founder has guided 4 startup exits including 3 IPOs, and helped launch and scale several consumer businesses globally as a digital executive with NBC Universal and AOL. The Chief Science Officer/Co-founder has 20-year experience integrating eastern and western philosophies of mind, and has developed IP to measure mental health and curate interventions based on biomarkers (autonomic nervous system and HRV). The Marketing lead is a creative genius in generating online buzz, and played a key role in making Calm the first mental health unicorn. Mindwell is backed by prominent business leaders including the ex-CEO of AOL and the ex-Vice Chair & CMO, General Electric.
