We are looking for a Health Technology Communications Analyst Intern to work with us over the summer. Someone who is innately curious about learning and is creative and thoughtful when interacting with our internal teams and building relationships.  You will be responsible for analyzing metrics on the success of Lark’s Customer Support user portal, developing a plan for improvement, implementing content improvements, and demonstrating the impact of your improvements by a noted improvement in the metrics analyzed at the start of the internship. What You’ll Do and Learn

  • Talented and motivated Interns will be involved in delivering an extraordinary end user experience and help make a seamless experience for users on their health journey via our Customer Support user portal
  • You’ll help Lark scale through improved efficiency of our end user support materials, resulting in greater enablement of end users to find answers to their questions
  • Learn how to use Zendesk Explore to complete a quantitative evaluation of areas of success and improvement in Lark’s existing end user support documentation
  • Develop a project plan to implement content improvements, with time for review by cross-functional Lark teams
  • Rely heavily on clear written communication skills to draft/revise content on Lark’s Customer Support user portal, and requires translating technical steps into easily understood and actionable steps for our end users to enable self-service troubleshooting
  • Overhauling the content of Lark’s Customer Support user portal, and demonstrating impact of the improved content against the metrics that were measured at the start of the internship
  • Interns are expected to be highly motivated and self-driven as you will be expected to take ownership of deliverables, consult with Lark employees/managers to establish goals, review progress, and present solutions to leadership

What You’ll Need

  • Interns need to be highly motivated and be ready to demonstrate a steep learning curve to get familiar with Lark’s technology stack, including Lark’s mobile application, Zendesk, Confluence, and Slack
  • Requires out of the box thinking to develop innovative solutions
  • Excellent written communication skills enabling you to explain complex technology concepts in a clear, concise, and easy to understand format
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights
