Narvar is growing, and we are hiring a Sr. Community Marketing Manager!

As our first Sr. Community Marketing Manager, you will bring our digital community to life for our customers.

You will be responsible for building the community from the ground up, managing it, and working cross functionally with Client Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive further engagement. The ideal candidate has experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Big Commerce, etc.) and a proven track record of being customer-obsessed, data-driven.

Day-to-day:

  • Build the community from the ground-up, constantly listening to customers and cross-functional teams to optimize engagement
  • Find creative ways to drive adoption and success with the Narvar community (contests, webinars, thought leadership, etc.)
  • Work with functional leads to create a calendar of education, thought leadership, and entertainment that optimizes engagement and Narvar “stickiness”
  • Manage all of our marketplace profiles (G2, Capterra, Shopify, etc.) and run campaigns to increase reviews/ratings within our targeted categories
  • Create and operate market education programs (certifications, curriculums, etc)
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and others to strategize and create opportunities to allow our community unique ways to interact with and engage in our program and with one another.
  • Monitor community health by measuring community member experience and sentiment frequently and reporting on it

What we’re looking for:

  • 3 - 5 years of B2B community management experience, bonus points if SAAS
  • Experience managing highly visible projects with multiple stakeholders
  • The ability to embrace ambiguity and challenge existing norms to exceed goals
  • Demonstrable history of defining community marketing strategy and excellence
  • Strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
