As a member of our Product Success team, you will be at the forefront of our discussions with clients — understanding their needs, architecting solutions, and project managing the end-to-end process involved in bringing different sources and partners together to fulfill these needs. You will also work alongside Customer Success teams to support customers in implementing Datavant. Your work will be critical to growing our business with Platforms and Ecosystems customers, which will ultimately improve patient outcomes.

You Will:

  • Partner with the Sales team in shaping and closing deals, providing your technical support, product vision, and expert perspective in addition to project managing deals as needed
  • Manage the end-to-end process of getting our clients set-up with Datavant and Datavant’s partners — including coordinating outreach to partners, navigating issues/ questions, facilitating data overlaps and implementing Datavant at various partners
  • Ensure successful client onboarding as soon as a deal is signed and overall high client satisfaction, technically setting up the clients and understanding the client’s systems and workflows
  • Provide exceptional client service and support, constantly considering ways we could better serve clients through new features, use cases, and products
  • Identify and support automation of repeatable implementations and customer support processes

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, startup-readiness, Drive
  • Experience with the data and analytics needs of Platform & Ecosystem (aggregators, SPs, claims, EHR, lab) companies across clinical and commercial use cases
  • Ability to communicate cross-functionally with different personas and to navigate internal teams (including Go To Market [GTM], Trials, Product, Product Success and Marketing)
  • Ability to quickly ramp up on technical aspects of Datavant’s software and how it can be used for various end uses

Our compensation philosophy is to be externally competitive, internally fair, and not win or lose on compensation. Salary ranges are developed with the support of benchmarks (competitive San Francisco rates for US-based roles) and industry best practices.

This means we default to simple job titles (e.g., Software Engineer) rather than complex ones (e.g., Senior Software Engineer). The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated salary range for this role is $110,000 - $155,000.
