About Your Role:

In this role, you will interface with customers, sales, marketing, product management, and engineering teams. You have will apply the full range of product marketing skills in this role - product positioning & messaging, market research, product launches, GTM strategy, and customer & in particular competitive intelligence. You are well versed in working with sales teams to drive deal success particularly in translating selling challenges into strategies to help advance and win new business. Competitive positioning and response, win-loss analysis, and application of insights to improve win rates against competition are key success measurement criteria for this role.

Projects You’ll Work On:

  • Build compelling and customer-centric narratives for our sales teams to use when engaging with customers with a particular focus on de-positioning our competitors.
  • Conduct competitive, customer, and market research to inform sales enablement, core messaging, and product strategy as a trusted, cross-functional partner
  • Be a trusted partner to the product team and relay customer, sales, and market insights that inform product roadmap decisions and strategy particularly as it relates to third-party integrations.
  • Improve the sales cycle and support the sales team through enablement, toolkits, pitch decks, battle cards, FAQs, and best practices
  • Partner across marketing to create compelling customer-facing content such as demo videos, website copy, and pitch decks to communicate the benefits of our solutions

Experience:

  • You have 5+ years of product marketing or product management experience.
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal - with experience crafting compelling narratives, sales tools, and content alongside enablement.
  • Experience working across teams, particularly sales but also fully comfortable working with product, marketing, and customers.
  • Expertise in synthesizing and prioritizing market, sales, and competitive data to help inform and develop the product roadmap.
  • Have successfully built systems and processes from the ground up, frequently with limited existing structure.
  • Familiarity or experience running Competitive analysis.
