About the role

As a Sr. Product Manager, you will be working with best-in-class colleagues from 15+ countries in solving the problems of travel in Asia. You will conceptualize, launch and manage products across the region, continuously challenge processes and take on full responsibility. Ultimately, we are looking for someone with entrepreneurial drive, who is not afraid of challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the overall product vision and development on multiple platforms (web, mobile web, native apps)
  • Analyze and identify the needs and use cases of all stakeholders, from end users to customer service
  • Scope and develop the medium-term and long-term roadmap in close collaboration with the top management
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ship high-quality and performance products
  • Manage the smooth handover of the product roadmap and knowledge base
  • Be part of the decision-making process, proactively deconstruct and analyze both technical and product requirements
  • Adopt, share and adapt conventions and best-practices
  • Find balance and compromises between “yes” and “no”
  • Actively track progress across multiple streams and create transparency and visibility
  • Generally oversees the entire product lifecycle

REQUIREMENTS:

  • You have 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in the startup and web industry
  • You have world-class interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are an independent, proactive problem solver and have a hands-on approach
  • You are looking for a big challenge and want to have an impact on a global scale
  • You are self-motivated and strive to find pragmatic, incremental paths to success, even when faced with big challenges
