Pendo is looking for a Product Sales Enablement Manager to join the Sales Enablement team. As we grow our team, we are in search of an individual who is passionate about helping others succeed and building high-impact product Go-To-Market solutions for our growing Sales team. As the Product Sales Enablement Manager, you'll partner with Sales/Sales Engineering leadership, Product/Product Operations, Product Marketing and Sales Operations to define strategy, drive execution, and communicate the business impact of product launches. Your ability to measure and action on data will be essential to the role.
Core Responsibilities
- Creation & Delivery - Build, host and manage training calendar related to product updates and new features/releases in close partnership with cross-functional business partners. Provide product training and technical expertise and facilitate the creation and maintenance of product and process materials.
- Content Management - Scale PM/PMM built resources and measure adoption. Develop and maintain a collateral lifecycle process, ensuring ongoing relevance by continuously updating or deprecating content.
- Program Development - Develop product competency in Sales org in partnership with Sales Enablement Segment Leads and work with Sales/Sales Engineering, Product, Product Marketing leadership to develop, execute, and assess enablement program approaches. Grow product release awareness. Maintain a detailed project and event planning calendar (in line with product roadmap).
- Strategy & Roadmap - Set and revisit program vision and strategies. Plan and prioritize what (and when) to deliver, based on the business value to our customers. Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders.
- Collaboration - Collaborate with PMM and PM to identify enablement needs. Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and act as a liaison between product, marketing and sales to build best in class product enablement content and programs. Share key learnings and gaps with the Sales Enablement team.
- Ideate & Innovate - Explore new ways of improving existing collateral and products. Gather and promote the most relevant ideas into new approaches. Identify and present innovative enablement solutions. Understand the unique needs of each customer and help Sales understand what product features/releases etc. resonate best with various customers.
About You
- 3-5+ years of experience driving sales product training and broader product GTM enablement programs
- Experience working in a results-oriented, constantly evolving environment that requires critical thinking, resourcefulness, results-oriented decision making and dedication to excellence
- Deep mastery of learning/content management and enablement tech stack (Guru, Gong, HighSpot, Seismic, Showpad, MindTickle, LevelJump, Lessonly, Skilljar)
- Familiarity with value selling and sales methodology is a plus (MEDDPICC, Force Management, Winning by Design, Challenger, Sandler, BANT, etc.)
- Experience working with matrixed content (multiple personas, use cases, industries, solutions, and products)
- Knowledge of training performance metrics and how to improve ROI from learning and content

What You Will Do
- Lead innovation in the business of Convergent TV measurement landscape - Linear TV & Connected TV/OTT - to build market first solutions
- Lead and support the development and design of Ad EnGage Convergent TV platform vision, features, capabilities and roadmap
- Develop new Convergent TV measurement solutions for EDO clients, gathering requirements through internal and external client interviews, and creating robust product and technical specifications, execute product development and deliver successfully to internal and external clients
- Create new data features in order to support this reporting, working across cross functional teams including data engineering, data science, data quality, and media analytics.
- Dive deep into the technical details of the Ad EnGage Convergent TV platform and work closely with
- Data Science and Engineering leads to architect for scale
- Be hands-on throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from the highest level strategic decisions to the lowest level technical details and story writing. Serve as an agile product owner and scrum master as needed.
- Partner with commercial, media analytics and product marketing teams on developing go-to-market strategies and collateral for Ad EnGage Convergent TV measurement platform
- Define and prioritize user stories and product requirements for new features and roadmap
- Working in an agile development environment, participate and run sprint grooming, planning, feature/bug prioritization and requirement definition processes
What We Are Looking For
- Have at least six years of product management experience as a technical product manager (or similar role) with a focus on data systems and analytical reporting and leading teams through influence
- Have a background in hands-on engineering, data analytics, and/or data science
- Experience with programmatic advertising technologies and deep understanding of Linear TV and Connected TV/OTT is a plus
- Thrive in a start-up environment and can handle the ambiguity and pace
- Ideally have experience in AdTech, MarTech, and/or Measurement. The terms DSPs/SSPs, Ad Servers, MMM/MTA, planning/optimization, deterministic/probabilistic, reach/frequency are very familiar to you.

Product Planning and New Product Introductions
- Lead product launches to ensure successful product commercialization.

About the Role
As a Product Manager on our Technology Team, you will be a key figure in driving our retail and ecommerce product roadmap.

- Continuing development of depth of knowledge of specific product lines, including coverage innovations and pricing changes, and regulatory developments.
To help us level up, you'll ideally have:
- 2 or more years of product management or software engineering experience.
- Experience with B2b product development and applying best practices to improve integrations products.
- Experience with agile project management methodology.
- Experience in a fast growing startup or similarly high growth global internet company.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of how to best understand customers and build products customers love Excellent people management and engagement skills.
- Proven ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through product innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, A postgraduate degree and/or record of academic achievement is also desirable.

Salary Range
The base salary range for this role is between $90,000 and $118,000. The total compensation package also includes equity, and the opportunity for additional earnings through our annual bonus or variable commission plans.
