About the job
Sitka is looking for a business development project manager to join our business development team to help oversee and project manage the entire partner lifecycle from initial call to implementation. You will be responsible for working closely with key stakeholders across the company ranging from product to clinical and operational domains. The ideal candidate will have healthcare experience (with a preference for value-based care), with a deep passion for delivering an excellent sales and integration experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage business development pipeline, ensuring that leads are appropriately prioritized, documentation is captured and kept up to date, and timelines are adhered to
  • Prepare business development call agendas, internal prep materials/meetings, and attendees
  • Ensure business development qualification criteria are followed as leads are prioritized and deprioritized
  • Support top-of-the-funnel lead identification through research and news and monitoring inbound interest (through website, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Project manage contracting processes by ensuring timely input request/review from Sitka functional stakeholders and Sitka counsel (i.e., security, eng, ops, finance, Sitka Medical Associates)
  • Develop compelling and customized pitch and proposal materials, speaking to Sitka’s value proposition and proven outcomes
  • Support brand consistency across external communications, functioning as an advocate for a polished and cohesive “look and feel” (i.e., decks, letterhead, swag)
  • Project manage handoffs from business development (pre-contract) to partner success (post-contract)

Qualifications and Background

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Understanding and passion for value-based care with a basic understanding of at-risk primary care market
  • Collaborative, inclusive working style and experience successfully managing between and contributing to cross-discipline teams
  • Persuasive storyteller and presenter
  • High attention to detail
  • Robust organization skills
  • Experience managing partner relationships and engaging with C-level executives
  • A natural at building relationships and connecting with people
  • Deeply accountable and operationally minded
  • Experience working with contracting, legal, and procurement departments
  • 2+ years of project management experience is preferred
