THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Sr. Content Marketing Manager on the B2B Marketing team that will help us with our mission by creating best-in-class content for healthcare employers. This is a highly visible role that will support the view of Vivian as a thought leader and trusted data source in the healthcare hiring market. This position is remote-optional.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop a content strategy to engage health systems, hospitals, and staffing agencies and drive decision makers down the sales pipeline.
  • Support the Sales team with content and collateral for outbound campaigns and presentations
  • Support the Demand Generation and Field Marketing Managers with content for marketing campaigns
  • Elevate the quality of our B2B content by creating blogs, interactive content pieces, videos, case studies, and reports.
  • Leverage our subject matter experts to ensure that Vivian is regarded as a thought leader and trusted source of industry data and knowledge in the healthcare staffing market
  • Manage and increase the number of relationships between Vivian and our third-party subject matter experts
  • Develop compelling content for event speaking spots and webinars in partnership with subject matter experts, executives, and clients
  • Contract and manage freelance writers and creatives
  • Work cross-functionally with the Design, Executive, B2B Marketing, Product, and Sales teams
  • Measure, analyze and continuously improve content based on engagement metrics

THE TEAM:

The B2B Marketing Team sits within the larger Marketing function. It is composed of the Director of B2B Marketing, the Field Marketing Manager, and the Demand Generation Manager. This role reports to the Director of B2B Marketing. The team works closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to achieve quarterly MQL and revenue goals.

THE SKILL SET:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, English, Liberal Arts, or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years experience in content marketing for a sophisticated enterprise audience, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • A keen eye for tone, voice, and grammar, and an unrelenting need to hold copy to best-in-class standards
  • Experience building and executing on content strategy
  • Demonstrated repeated success in growing an audience
  • Ability to manage content projects among multiple stakeholders
  • Experience creating premium content, such as reports, white papers, and webinar presentations
  • Data-driven mindset when setting content strategy based on past engagement
  • Self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to building relationships across the company
  • Experience working in the healthcare and/or staffing industry

THE NICE TO HAVES:

  • Deep understanding of the buyers and decision-influencers at health systems, hospitals, home health provider organizations, and healthcare staffing agencies.
  • Experience supporting Account-based Marketing campaigns

THE SALARY, BENEFITS & PERKS:

The range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 yearly salary, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
