Role Overview

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for marketing strategies and tactics supporting the Marketing Team. This role is both an individual contributor and strategist.

What You’ll Do

  • Develops the execution of go-to-market strategies and tactics for new campaigns and marketing programs, including webinars, events, email marketing, and other digital marketing duties
  • Responsible for the oversight of various marketing projects, ensuring work is completed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Negotiates rates and responsible for purchasing media, technology, and services
  • Assists in tracking marketing department budgets
  • Works collaboratively with internal stakeholders to establish processes for the effective and timely handling of sales leads and lead generation programs
  • Directly manages and instructs contractors/or outside vendors as needed for marketing programs
  • Responsible for regularly compiling metrics reporting to direct supervisor
  • Serve as a marketing expert by participating and communicating with a wide range of internal clients
  • Assist with any other tactical duties and marketing projects, as assigned

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field is required
  • At least four (4) years of marketing experience, preferably in the B2B space, in field marketing running programs like Webinars, Events, Virtual Experiences, Marketing Campaigns and Direct Mail
  • Two (2) years of project management experience in leading project teams to successfully execute marketing campaigns
  • Proven experience with the organization, planning, and handling of related revenue generating projects
  • Displayed leadership, high performance track record and strong accountability
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing platforms, including SalesForce, Pardot, HootSuite, Adobe and Canva
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines while focusing on details
