What We Need
We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to be a critical member of our marketing organization. In this role, you will lead the execution of StellarFi’s lifecycle marketing and retention program. As a lead in the company’s member acquisition strategy, you will suggest ongoing changes and improvements for the CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy as well as report metrics on the company’s CRM platform as well as. You will work closely with Marketing and Product and report to our Director of Marketing.

What You’ll Do
• Oversee the end-to-end development of StellarFi’s lifecycle marketing communications across email, in-app, push, and SMS
• Manage StellarFi’s multi-channel transactional communications
• You’ll live and breath the customer journey and understand every single step of the funnel
• Create the strategy and customer journeys for email and other marketing automation channels
• Set up backend events and StellarFi product integrations for all CRM communications
• Support in landing page strategy and development for cross-sell, upsell, and acquisition pages
• Work with our Product and UX teams to understand StellarFi’s customer segmentation, lifecycle stages, product usage, and behaviors
• Work with the team’s Director of Marketing and Marketing Analyst to provide accurate reporting
• Work closely with the Creative team to support and produce copy and assets for lifecycle marketing
• Report to the CMO and Director of Marketing on the performance of KPIs and team metrics
• Provide updates to Member Success and the Operations team on promotions and campaigns

We’d Like To See
• Minimum 3 years experience in a marketing, retention management, marketing operations, or similar role, ideally in fintech and consumer products and services
• Excellent verbal, written, and organization skills
• Experience with reporting from Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Tableau and can apply quantitative and qualitative data to drive informed decision-making
• Experience with Braze (our CRM tool) or a similar tool
• Experience with Segment, Snowflake, Appsflyer, or similar tools, and SQL a plus
• Marketing copywriting skills a plus
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment
• Passion for our mission to help people climb out of debt
• Ideally, experience in B2C Fintech or Financial Services

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations

Compensation
• $70K—$90K annually + company stock options
