We support Jewish business owners in Judea and Samaria who are suffering of the anti-Israel Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement. More than 12 000 members in 130 countries around the world receive monthly subscription packages filled with goods produced by the families and small businesses of Judea and Samaria.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer, with experience in USA e-commerce market, who will help us build highly impactful marketing and communications strategy and plan, analyze data, and track performance and reach to our customers all around the world.

Our product:

High quality product with long LTV - Surprise subscription box with goods from Israel and online-shop promoted mainly through digital channels.

Main responsibilities

  • Effectively manage marketing budget of $2,000,000 per year
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy for the US market
  • Conduct marketing research
  • Study target audience, segment and develop communication plan for each group
  • Study various advertising channels (in particular digital), choose the most effective ones and implement them into work
  • Use data-driven approach in the formation of strategies and hypotheses
  • Conduct сustdev and work with hypotheses: validation, analysis, scaling
  • Decompose the strategy into specific goals, define KPIs and monitor achievement
  • Lead a team, plan activities and monitor results
  • Develop policies and structure processes
  • Select contractors and supervise their work
  • Diversify company's profile by introducing and developing new products
  • Ensure strategy sustainability taking into consideration possible external influences

Required experience:

  • Worked in B2C e-commerce companies
  • Worked in the US market (min 1 year)
  • Developed marketing strategies (positioning, USP, audience segmentation, media planning)
  • Developed CJM
  • Performed marketing research with proven record
  • Worked with multiple advertising channels (FB, e-mail marketing, CRM, video, SMM, bloggers, telemarketing, Youtube, quiz-marketing)
  • Built marketing function "from scratch"
  • Efficiently managed marketing team
  • Performed CustDev and tested hypothesis
  • Experienced user of Google Analytics, skills in data analysis

Additional requirements:

  • Higher education in marketing or professional training
  • Working in start-ups
  • Experience working with subscription model
  • Experience in performance-marketing
  • Skills in marketing data analysis
  • Foreign languages: English (C1), Russian – (C1) – communication with team is in Russian
  • Ability to demonstrate portfolio, actual cases
