What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and manage the Marketing strategy within the Life Sciences segment, which includes pharmaceutical, biotech, device, diagnostics manufacturers in addition to labs
  • Develop compelling value proposition for the market and adapt to market sub-segments
  • Own voice of market feedback processes in collaboration with client executives
  • Create and execute on segment-specific campaigns across the customer lifecycle (e.g.,awareness to retention)
  • Identify and secure visibility opportunities to support overall channel marketing strategy (e.g. speaking engagements at conferences)
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams on (Market) conference strategies
  • Drive segment-specific, comprehensive, omnichannel Marketing strategies, from conferences to collateral to online
  • Ensure that accurate market and market segment profiles are developed and maintained (e.g., ideal client profile)
  • Collaborate internally across Corporate and Product Marketing teams to ensure cohesive internal communications and external messaging
  • Work with cross functional and product partners to size market, conduct impact analysis of trends, compliance, needs, and other significant influencers
  • Influence product positioning and pricing strategy
  • Build an Account Based Marketing function for the Life Sciences segment and manage staff

What You'll Need:

  • 10+ years of comprehensive Marketing experience within the Life Sciences market
  • High level of independence and sound judgment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Action-oriented, forward-looking, and strategic with strong sense of urgency and initiative to get things done by influencing others and building relationships in a team-oriented, collaborative atmosphere
  • Ability to work with multiple, diverse stakeholders, across multiple products and customer channels while connecting common ideas and objectives
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage vendor partnerships, as needed
