We are currently looking for a Team Member who will lead and coordinate the Customer Service Department for the company. This entails coordinating information between the management team, customer support team, and the customers of Conscious Crypto Circle.

The main area of responsibility for this position will be:

  • Leading teams of customer support specialists to ensure that clients receive optimal assistance with all aspects of Conscious Crypto Circle services.
  • Developing and implementing customer support systems and processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Customer relationship and customer database management.
  • Delivering a comprehensive service to inquiring customers, ie. 1:1 zoom calls and resolving problems.
  • Delegating certain customer inquiries to specific teams.
  • Responding to escalated customer support issues.
  • Managing incoming emails and customers’ accounts.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and following up with external customers on all account-related requests.
  • Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken.
  • Communicating with internal teams to discuss sales targets.
  • Assessing support statistics and preparing detailed reports on the findings.
  • Identifying and driving process improvements to ensure excellence in customer experience, timely delivery of services, optimum productivity, and effective management of resources.
  • Generating sales leads, and building sustainable relationships where necessary.
  • Reporting back on results.

The requirements for the position:
Diploma/Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3 or more years of experience in customer service.
Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role will be advantageous.
Excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English.
The ability to maintain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of cryptocurrencies is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Computer literacy in order to type up reports, results, and details of customer interaction-.
Independent and self-initiative personality.
Empathic and interpersonal skills.
Alignment with our company’s values.

Are you...

  • able to start as soon as possible
  • able to work mainly (approx. 80% of the working time) during 9-5 PM Nicosia, Cyprus Time (Eastern European Timezone)
  • with flexibility for accommodating meetings with our international and remote staff team and potential appointments with customers based in other timezones
  • Monday-Friday, Full Time
  • Someone who has a minimum internet speed of at least 20mbps.

Note: It is not mandatory, but it is certainly helpful to have a basic understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology as this is our product (Spirituality and Cryptocurrency). Further, 95% of our customers live a "spiritual" lifestyle. Optimally, the new team member shares an open-minded lifestyle.
Tools that the new Team Member will be using: Click-Up, Freshdesk, Kajabi, Calendly, Google Workspace and/or MS Office, Paperform, Miro, Zoom, and all payment systems (Stripe, PayPal, Coinbase Commerce).
