3. Visual Identity and Branding:

Develop and maintain a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring brand integrity.

Contribute to the evolution of the brand's visual language and identity in response to changing market trends and business needs. 

4. Independently Handle Projects:

Manage design projects from concept to completion, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and partners to ensure timely delivery of design assets. 

5. Design Production:

Create and produce a wide range of design materials, including graphics, illustrations, layouts, presentations, and digital assets.

Apply a user-centered design approach to ensure that design solutions are intuitive, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.

6. Market Research and Trends:

Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative ideas into design projects.

Leverage market insights to make informed design decisions and recommendations.

7. Quality Assurance:

Review and provide constructive feedback on design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

6 years post college experience at a design firm, studio, or marketing firm

Proven experience as a Senior Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and rationale to both creative and non-creative audiences.

Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and mentor a design team.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.

Ability to manage high-volume work to meet tight deadlines are critical.

Understanding of digital and print production processes.

A proactive and collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
