About the Role
As a Product Manager on our Technology Team, you will be a key figure in driving our retail and ecommerce product roadmap.
To drive success in this role, you will have strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication patterns, help drive high quality project execution, and assist the team build the best solutions with customer and business context . As the Product Manager you will partner closely with stakeholders and engineers in defining product deliverables, leading and influencing a cross functional team through sprints, creating well articulated documentation and ultimately being a pivotal figure in the achievement of go to market deadlines. Regular collaboration with sales, account management, insurance and customer stakeholder will be instrumental in ensuring we focus on keeping close to market activity that may impact the product, consulting internally and having a key voice in the direction and trajectory of the roadmap
What will your day look like? You will...
- Day to day management of software engineering product team by attending agile ceremonies, writing tickets, managing planned and unplanned work, and testing releases.
- Work closely with a number of stakeholders to gather requirements and reporting on progress, including running stakeholder meetings as needed.
- Finding and implementing growth opportunities and prioritizing them on the roadmap .
- Designing solutions in partnership with design and developers by building the business case, identifying customer needs, and considering possible risks and constraints across the system.
- Exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and product opportunities using SQL, Big Query &/or Tableau.
- Continuing development of depth of knowledge of specific product lines, including coverage innovations and pricing changes, and regulatory developments.
To help us level up, you'll ideally have:
- 2 or more years of product management or software engineering experience.
- Experience with B2b product development and applying best practices to improve integrations products.
- Experience with agile project management methodology.
- Experience in a fast growing startup or similarly high growth global internet company.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of how to best understand customers and build products customers love Excellent people management and engagement skills.
- Proven ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through product innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, A postgraduate degree and/or record of academic achievement is also desirable.

Salary Range
The base salary range for this role is between $90,000 and $118,000. The total compensation package also includes equity, and the opportunity for additional earnings through our annual bonus or variable commission plans.

Your main tasks will be:
- Identifying growth opportunities and proposing hypotheses to improve key product metrics;
