YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Experience with search engine optimization
- Experience managing Google Ads accounts (preferably Google Ads certified)
- Project management experience and certifications preferred
- Knowledge of project management software such as Basecamp, MS Project, Visio, Sales Force, etc
- An understanding of web development (ability to write HTML / CSS /PHP is preferred)

Compensation
- We acknowledge that states have passed legislation promoting pay transparency. As a national employer, Scorpion has made the decision to post our expected pay rate or pay range (as applicable) in all our job postings, regardless of geographic location.
- The base salary is $49,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. The goal of the performance marketing team is to drive a test, learn and optimise approach to continuously push performance and efficiency. Whilst also working collaboratively with the wider marketing team to deliver best-in-class campaigns and results.
We're looking for a driven SEO Manager to join our growing Performance Marketing Team. You’ll be an in-house channel expert and responsible for our test, learn and optimise approach across Search Engine Optimisation. This role will look after projects for products in our Home Services Vertical, spanning the North America, Australia and New Zealand markets.
You'll play an integral role in achieving our growth goals, by leading the day-to-day execution and optimisation of our SEO approach. Working closely with the Global VP Performance Marketing you’ll assist in researching market opportunity and building out our SEO strategy, both at the group and product level.
You can expect an intense operating cadence, a strong team and support framework, as well as a huge opportunity for learning and growth. Perfect for people who are self driven and inclined towards entrepreneurship. This is a remote role and part of a global team.

Qualifications
