We are looking for an innovative SEO & PPC Specialist to drive web traffic for Gigster. In this role, you will define PPC keyword campaigns, optimize budget spend, and improve Gigster’s search visibility and ranking for organic searches. What you will be doing
- The core of your day will focus on researching and benchmarking competitor keywords and Gigster’s ranking against them. You will define PPC keyword campaigns, optimize budget spend, and improve Gigster’s search visibility and ranking for organic searches.
- As an SEO and PPC Specialist, you will spend time collaborating with content writers to drive keyword use and coverage; web developers to improve technical SEO implementation; and Corporate Communications Manager to drive relevant backlinks and improve domain authority. You will work closely with the VP of marketing and Director of Growth.
- A successful SEO and PPC Specialist at Gigster will consistently drive web traffic; increase internal page links and external backlinks; improve search visibility and keyword rankings; and ultimately produce more web conversions.
- In addition to being a digital marketing expert, we expect our people to be product, industry, and market experts. Maintaining and building upon that expertise requires continuous coaching, training, and self-development.
Responsibilities
- Perform full keyword research and develop related strategies.
- Build & optimize PPC campaigns.
- Define, monitor, and analyze trends.
- Develop paid search strategy and determine KPIs for each recommendation.
- Actively test and analyze targeting criteria (keywords and audiences), ad creatives, landing pages, and bid strategies to drive results in line with campaign goals.
- Actively work to improve site speed and page ranking.
- Communicate performance results and recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and execute against new opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience for B2B services
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience with multiple B2B PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc).
- Knowledge of and experience implementing technical aspects of SEO.

As an SEO Specialist supporting our Transportation & Electronics Business Group, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Implementing SEO strategies to ensure the website is easily crawled and indexed by search engines, leading to improved visibility on search engine result pages.
- Collaborating with copywriters, developers, and designers to develop and execute technical and on-page SEO strategies, ensuring seamless integration throughout the development and design process for optimal search performance.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Three (3) years’ experience in technical Search Engine Optimization SEO in a private, public, government, or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Minimum 3+ year’s technical SEO experience
- Experience creating strategy or resolving SEO issues in a JavaScript a plus
- Experience with enterprise level crawling tools such as: Botify, Oncrawl or Deep Crawl
- Experience working with technical SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMRush, and Moz
- Experience with custom extraction using regular expression and HTML CSS.
- Experience with SEO tools, such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and SEO Analyzer
- Familiarity with XML sitemaps and their role in indexation and for analysis.
- Solid comprehension of Google's Quality Rating Guidelines.
- Tactical/Technical implementation experience in working with multiple complicated sites and migration of sites
- Knowledge of Google, Adobe Analytics and Google Search Console tools
- Experience setting up, optimizing, and creating internal site search strategy
- Awareness of AI principles and functionality as well as potential uses in relation to SEO
- Strong Presentation and Communication skills
- Possess expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained in an MBA
