You have strong self-structure and discipline and have worked remotely either currently or in the past so you know the benefits and the challenges.

-You do your best work when collaborating with others. While you work independently, you don’t silo yourself, and are always eager to learn more and share with the team. You’re eager to get feedback, synthesize it into a course of action, then perfect your copy with the help of your team.

-You can effectively work remotely. You have strong self-structure and discipline, and have worked remotely either currently or in the past, so you know the benefits and the challenges.
