Job Description

This role is 100% remote; qualified candidates would be willing to fully support Central European Time hours.

Founded in 2017, CuddlyNest is the fastest-growing accommodation booking platform, offering millions of stays across 200+ countries of all types, in all styles, for all budgets — for every kind of traveler.

We’re looking for a can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit to join our fast-moving team. You will focus on fostering our most valuable assets: our audience and our upcoming community. You’ll set strategy and tactically execute to generate hype, build our community, and tell our story.
You'll join us at the most exciting stage and be part of our leadership team, where you’ll play a key role in defining who we are and what we do.

Your responsibilities:

No company’s trajectory is the same, and that’s what we love about it. It’s like playing a game, where every day we get to uncover what works best. So too for growth: beat the challenge of finding out who the best audience to target, what drives them, how we reach them, and how we ensure their best interests. Tell our story: we want to show our audience who we are and what we are about. You’ll work with our founders to develop our story and the best way to tell it.
Create content: execution is key. Build our presence on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Medium, and any other social media platform you can think of.
Engage: engage with relevant users to drive traffic to us. Build authentic relationships and a sense of community
Be proactive: social media moves fast; when you see an opportunity, take it!

Preferred qualifications:

4-5 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally at a startup. Bonus points if the startup was in travel/tech.
Excellent English writing, communication, and research skills
Skills with Canva and/or Photoshop
Google Data Studio, Premiere Pro and After Effects are a plus
Experience with Agile QA methodology processes is a plus

You have a track record of driving results.
You have a bias for action. As much as we like planning meetings, we really love doing. You should enjoy directly executing the ideas you have.
Data is your first thought. You’re passionate about drilling down to reality and making data-driven decisions.
You’re creative. You have direct experience with best practices in social media but also know when to break the rules.
