Job Description

Would your friends describe you as patient and empathetic? We want to talk! We're looking to add a tech-savvy member to our growing team with a team-oriented positive attitude, attention to detail, and comfortable talking to our user base over the phone.

Previous experience with working remotely and with Zendesk is a big plus! Here are some additional details about the role:

  • The starting compensation is $17/hour
  • This is an independent contractor position
  • This is a remote position
  • Must have a US Bank or PayPal account
  • Must be able to work in EST business hours.
  • Must be in a country where the Everlance is available to download (this role often entails troubleshooting the app on your own device)

This role would begin with 2 weeks of 30 hours of training and turn into full-time once training is completed.We hope you can join our team!
