Benefits
About us:
Feeld is an independent, experimental and fully remote organisation reshaping the dialogue on dating and sexuality. The company was founded in 2014 and has evolved since to become the open, distributed structure it is now. We have a naturally agile and fluid culture. The whole team is fully remote, which means you work where and when helps you perform at your best. We regard autonomy highly and treat our organisation as a product – we iterate, improve and test things internally to see what works best for everyone.
Our culture:
We believe in creating a safe work environment through humanity, fluidity, safety, transparency and progressiveness. When hiring, we look for culture add rather than culture fit.
Because we are a fully remote team, it’s especially important that we create an environment where our colleagues feel included and connected as humans.
Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging at Feeld:
Feeld promotes open-mindedness, inclusion, diversity and kindness, both in the world and among our own workforce.
We encourage and welcome applications from people with a history of marginalisation, whether because of race, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability (seen or unseen) or any confluence of intersectional identities.
Our goal is a barrier-free application process and working environment. If you require further details or assistance or have any questions about this process, please let us know at hr@feeld.co.
Compensation and perks:
We are conscious of how our work and decisions impact other humans and the environment. We design our product and organisation with consideration for the wellbeing and happiness of our members and colleagues. We believe in technology and working environments that enable people to live a meaningful, fulfilled life.
Therefore, we offer our staff:
- Flexible working hours
- Unlimited paid time off
- A fully remote working situation
- GBP £3k equipment and home office budget
- Learning & development budget
- On demand therapy sessions and mental health support via Spill
- In-person meet ups
Feeld’s way of working is designed to proactively prevent burnout and an “always on” culture.
We strive for complete openness of information within the organisation and for enabling honesty on our platform. Internally, we keep decision-making transparent to keep each other accountable and make sure all voices are heard.
That is why we offer:
- Open and transparent base salary ranges
- At Feeld we believe all humans deserve to make a competitive wage. That's why we offer a Baseline Freedom Salary of £60,000 GBP per year.
- The total cash compensation for this role is determined by Level and Step, as well as geographic location, but we estimate that this role can earn between £80,000 - £110,000 based on the requirements listed in this job description.
Our interview process:
- Your first conversation with Feeld will be a screening call with our recruiter, where you’ll be able to ask - and receive answers - regarding any general questions you have and to confirm the role is a fit for what you’re seeking.
- Your second conversation will connect you directly with the hiring manager for the role you’re applying to. Here, you’ll have a chance to ask more questions about the work you’ll be doing. This conversation will also focus on your past work experiences.
- The next step for most of our roles is a candidate challenge. This is an evaluation of the skills relevant to be successful in this role and generally takes about an hour to complete.
- Your third conversation allows you the opportunity to meet the team members you might be working with on a daily basis. Here, you’ll be able to ask questions about team processes, workflow, and the employee experience at Feeld.
- We generally make an offer within 2 weeks of our final call, and offer a flexible start date that can begin as early as the next Monday after you sign our offer documentation.
- Of note: all of our interviews are conducted remotely, and our interviewers will work with you to find an agreeable interview time based on mutual availability.
We understand we're asking you to invest your time and best efforts in our process, and are appreciative of getting the chance to better know who you are as a person and candidate. In return, we’re committed to offering transparent communication and prompt feedback as you navigate this application with us.

POSTED April 30
Product Designer at Red Collar
- Design
- Fulltime
- Anywhere (100% Remote) Only
Job Description
Hello! We are looking for a senior specialist to join the Red Collar team in the design communications department.
Red Collar has been creating aesthetic digital products for businesses for 12 years. We experiment, make bold decisions, and take responsibility for our actions. Our projects have no "expiration date" — even after many years, they continue to inspire and serve as benchmarks.
Responsibilities:
You're a proactive team player skilled at integrating into existing design processes, ready to view them from a new perspective and work on their improvement.
You're meticulous and detail-oriented, diving deep into tasks from the acceptance stage, delving into requirements, asking questions, and thinking broadly about the product.
As a responsible and empathetic leader, you know how to take charge of a group of designers on a project, plan their work, control the quality of the outcome, listen to their professional needs, and provide assistance where necessary.
You're thorough in your approach, understanding that tasks are more than just instructions for action. You always consider the context and surroundings, recognizing when it's essential to grasp the underlying meaning and fill in any gaps in your knowledge.
Open to discussion, you're also prepared to initiate it, understanding where transparency is lacking and creating platforms for constructive resolution of emerging issues. You build trustful, collaborative relationships within the workgroup.
You're quick to understand, able to decode client desires and bring references that accurately describe their request so the team knows what to do next.
You know that the devil is in the details, paying close attention to everything from button rounding to color shades, and instilling this approach across the team. You maintain order in your layouts and files, ensuring anyone on the project can easily navigate them without your help.
You can channel creativity in the right direction, familiar with the concept of a constraint corridor, working within it, and shaping it for the team. You understand that a good idea comes through creative sessions and numerous work iterations.
You test your solutions, relying not only on your expertise but also on hypothesis testing through UX research.
You are professional in communication, interacting with clients and the team consistently, respectfully, and constructively, and presenting your work results. Your statements are always backed by solid arguments, not just words tossed into the wind.
What we expect:
- Experience of at least 3 years in product development or in an agency working on product projects.
- Development of mobile applications, web services with complex branching logic, and interfaces for other regularly used platforms with high user load.
- Creation and support of expansive and documented design systems.
- Leadership of a design team on a major project for at least six months.
- A portfolio with a minimum of five commercial projects that demonstrate a high level of visual literacy.

Job Description
🚀 Cohart
Cohart is the easiest way to discover, buy, and sell art online. We’re backed by top investors like Courtside Ventures and Paris Hilton. We have artists in every continent and have made ~$2.5M in sales with millennial buyers in our first 2 years – all through word of mouth – and are gearing up to launch our full product next spring.
For Artists: 84% of artists today don't have gallery representation, and galleries take 50-70% of artists’ sales. Cohart is the first and only hub to independently sell art without insane commission fees and access essential tools and infrastructure needed to grow art businesses and communities online.
For Buyers: buying art today is impersonal, cold, and noisy. On Cohart, art collecting is easy, social, and personalized for you. As a buyer, you can interact with artists through chats and livestreams, discover art with tech-enabled curation, purchase directly with trust and confidence, and re-sell & manage collections.
For Taste-makers: opinions about what makes art great shouldn’t be limited to elite art gatekeepers. On Cohart, iconic taste-makers from culture, like Paris Hilton, become art taste-makers. By sharing what art they love and why they love it, they drive value to pieces or artists they’re passionate about and democratize the art conversation.
💻 Role
As a Product Designer at Cohart, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our platform. You will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, product managers, and community coordinators to design and enhance features that engage and delight our users. - Conduct user research to understand the needs and preferences of artists, advisors, and collectors
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts

- Participate in usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Contribute to the creation of design guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with marketing and community teams to align design strategies with overall business goals

POSTED April 30
UI Designer and Figma Specialist at Interaction Design Foundation
- Design
- Fulltime
- Anywhere (100% Remote) Only
Job Description
Are you a UI designer whose creativity just can’t stop driving you to make user interfaces that inspire, engage and endure?
What if you had the chance to help shape the very future of online design education?
We’ve got news for you: this may be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
We’re proud to say that we’ve put together an amazing team of unicorns who support, inspire and challenge each other every day. We’re lucky enough to get up each day and build a better future for thousands of people around the world. What’s more, we’ve woven our commitment to the fusion of idealism, high performance and excellence into our company culture. But something’s missing. And we think it could be you.
The IxDF (Interaction Design Foundation) is the biggest online design school globally. Entering our third decade and with over 170,000 graduates, we’re market leaders in online design education. That’s because the world’s leading experts create our content and because we’re specialized in—and utterly dedicated to—design, and only design. What’s more, with over 1.5 million monthly visitors, we’re at the forefront of providing premier design education to such organizations as IBM and SAP, as well as thousands of other companies.
This is a paid full-time position and is fully remote so you can work from anywhere. You will have daily video-based contact with your colleagues and get to meet them physically on team trips a few times per year.
What will you be doing?
This is a special position, because you’ll be helping us with a specific, special, and long-overdue project: a complete platform redesign. We teach great design, yet we haven't updated or redesigned our own platform in seven years (don’t worry, the irony isn’t lost on us either). Back then, our design system was cutting-edge, but a lot has changed since then.
No more waiting. Now, we're ready to take our own advice and go all-in on redesigning our platform, bringing it back up to the level of excellence it deserves. We're excited about this because it's something we've been looking forward to for years. Fortunately, we're well-prepared: our design system is organized and primed for enhancement, our back-end code is flawless, our front-end code is on track, and our team of developers is eager to show off their capabilities. Now, all we need is you to complete the picture.
Therefore, ahead of you is a highly rewarding and enriching journey on which you will make an impact on the global design community, as well as strengthen your own design skills:
Your initial task will be to transition our core flows into Figma, using advanced functionalities like components and design tokens to ensure our design system's scalability, efficiency, and reusability. We have historically used Sketch and Zeplin, with a rich repository of design rationale and annotations for each screen that you will need to adeptly incorporate into your Figma setup.
After successfully organizing our design system and major flows within Figma, you'll shift focus to the finer details of visual design. You’ll participate in a visual redesign of our platform, and this involves meticulous attention to all the nitty-gritty of shadows, border sizes, and the dynamics of interactivity, ensuring every element contributes to the sum of all details, and the broader visual language.
Continually maintain and grow our platform’s design system and hold the development team accountable for maintaining its code.
Play a growing role in evolving the IxDF brand identity, implementing the visual design language across all touch points. Our video team has hundreds of pages of guidelines for video visuals, presenting ample challenges and opportunities for you.
Shape and refine UIs, copy, microcopy, communication, etc. so that we improve the biggest force of growth we have: The better we serve our members’ true needs, the more we grow.
If you also have a passion for UX, and not just UI design, you can, in time:
help create and improve user experiences in core areas of our educational platform.
work with user insights and data to craft the best online educational experience in the world.
work with the development team, growth team and member support teams to create and implement ideas that solve the needs of our members.
Harness the ultimate magic of design: making our viewers and readers forget about their devices, so they can absorb our resources seamlessly. True design bliss.
Help us attain and maintain our vision as the world’s premier design education resource via a solution whose look, feel, functionality and more can’t be faulted… but always have room for improvement under your watchful eye. With your help, we will never need to wait another 7 years before taking care of our platform design, and will stay on top of our game for decades to come.
Want even more challenges? If you're willing to do the hard work of learning and growing, you’ll find virtually limitless opportunities waiting for you on the road ahead.
About You
You have many years of hands-on experience with UI design.
You excel in advanced visual design skills, including mastery of typographic hierarchy, grid systems, color psychology, and micro-interactions, with an unyielding attention to pixel-perfect details.
You are highly skilled in Figma, adept at leveraging its full suite of features such as auto-layout, variant components, and design tokens to create scalable and maintainable design systems.
Your problem-solving acumen in visual design is top-tier, skillfully refining UI elements to enhance both user engagement and visual harmony.
Your collaborative spirit thrives in multidisciplinary settings, where you synchronize design efforts with engineers, product managers, and content strategists to deliver cohesive user experiences.
Your responsibilities will range widely, so you must be adept at dividing broad duties into small, executable tasks and not lose sight of your overall mission. “Getting stuff done” is your middle name.
You are results-driven and motivated by achievement and goals. Mediocrity gives you the chills. You know that ideas are worthless without execution, and you instantly get frustrated when people “talk too much and do too little”.
You’re a practical idealist. You strive for perfection in everything you do, while understanding the delays that can come with waiting for something to be perfect. You know when to create results through incremental quick wins and MVPs, and when to go all in to create something perfect.
What can we offer?
A full-time position, within a fully remote organization. Daily video-based contact with your colleagues from elsewhere on the planet, and you’ll get to meet them on team trips 1–2 times per year.
Forget fluffy titles, political agendas and corporate drama. Your colleagues value your character, work ethic, and what you actually achieve. Junior or senior, if you embody old-school virtues of always striving to become the best version of yourself, you'll thrive at the IxDF.
Work with a highly scalable impact-driven model where we’ve consistently created more than 50% growth year-on-year since 2013. Bootstrapped with zero investment capital but built purely on consistency over time and the conviction that affordable design education can improve the quality of life of humankind.
Work in a company where the distance between idea and execution is minimal. We’re a highly agile organisation with zero bureaucracy or corporate politics – but with a high level of orderliness and efficiency.
Have the chance to feel the impact of helping an ever-growing design education brand empower and enrich the lives of millions of people.
Work in a company culture where idealism meets high performance and excellence. To help us improve the world (and yourself in the process), you’ll need grit, work ethic, long-term thinking, and self-discipline.
Work with people who have a hands-on attitude and a bias toward action rather than fluff-filled, unrealistic strategies. You’ll need crisp execution skills yourself and the ability to impress your colleagues with concrete results, just as they’ll impress you.
