Customer Success Manager at MeetingPulse

Job Description

About the Role

Our growing startup is looking for a Customer Account Manager. You will manage a number of customer accounts and ensure renewal of the accounts. You will work as part of a remote support team, communicate with our enterprise customers, and help improve the processes in supporting our complex product. You will collaborate closely with the sales and engineering teams to help deliver continued account growth. You will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and the customer retention metric. This role is in US Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer account renwal
  • Lead the governance of team deliverables: SLA achievement, general ticket management, workflows and project delivery
  • Participate in the CS on-call rotation
  • Handle support escalations
  • Support continuous improvement of team processes, customer documentation and cross functional collaboration
  • Develop SLA model

Ideal candidate will have:

  • College degree in a relevant or related field
  • 3+ years of customer success experience with a proven track record of account management and revenue responsibility
  • Ambition to be on an excellent, hard-working team to help grow a startup
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and a proven ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Attention to detail with an excellent technical understanding of complex products
  • Working knowledge of Agile software development, ticket systems, CRM systems and Customer Service tools such as Intercom or similar
  • Experience working with supporting multiple customers in a SAAS environment
  • Experience with supporting video conferencing software a plus
  • Experience within the conference/events industry a plus

We offer:

  • Ability to work Fully-remote
  • $70 – $105k/year base + commissions
  • Occasionally travel for on-site meetings may need to be arranged
