About the Position:

The Marketing Coordinator will join a team of internal sales and marketing professionals. This role will manage and optimize marketing and advertising campaigns in various platforms, evaluate their performance, and suggest modifications to improve performance. This role reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing. The salary range is $45k-$65k.

We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work and will perform the work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor visas.

Your Impact:

  • Content Management: You’ll own the management and execution of Level’s content and other website-based content marketing initiatives.
  • Vendor Management: You’ll manage current and future vendors in the content creation process including podcast, blog, and video vendors).
  • Advertising Campaigns: You’ll manage and optimize advertising campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn Ads, and HubSpot) while analyzing campaign performance and implementing optimizations.
  • Reporting and Analytics: You’ll assist in creating necessary reports for leadership and prospects with a regular cadence.
  • Administrative Support: You’ll provide ongoing assistance with administrative marketing tasks like creating & updating CRM records, scheduling sales meetings / podcasts, etc.
  • Project Management: You’ll keep project management tools updated with specific tasks and their related metadata (eg. estimate hours, due date, etc..) and ensure any task you’re associated with is complete and moving forward (even if you’re not the assignee)
  • Content Development: You’ll source strong copy for ads, emails, and websites to engage Level’s audience and provide briefs to creative/dev teams for specific projects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You’ll communicate across teams to ensure project alignment and coordination via meetings, emails, Slack, and other communication tools.
  • Deadline Management: You’ll complete deliverables and assignments on time and within budget.
  • Industry knowledge: You’ll continue to deepen understanding of Level’s industry, business, and keywords to suggest/implement tactics and strategies to drive greater performance

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a digital agency setting, supporting content creation and project management

Knowledge of Level’s digital marketing services such as:

  • Online advertising - buying / bidding on inventory, creating compelling ads, and analyzing performance in-platform. Particularly with Google and Facebook
  • Search engine optimization - helping sites show up on Google and other relevant search engines
  • Email marketing - writing and scheduling emails for an interested audience
  • Marketing automation - ability to segment lists and create basic workflows.
  • Content creation - developing attractive content that engages audiences
  • Website usability/CRO - simplifying website experiences
  • Analytics reporting - creating reports in making sense of website data

Proven excellence in communication and project management

Technically savvy and able to learn new systems quickly

Team player with the ability to work autonomously

Ethical, positive attitude with "can-do" mentality

Ability to understand business ROI and make data-driven decisions

General knowledge of best practices in our core workflow systems

(eg. Asana, Slack, G-Suite, Harvest etc.)

Familiarity with generative AI technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply these concepts in real-world scenarios.
