Job Description

About us
We are GenderGP, a Health and Wellbeing telehealth service that provides care to the trans and non-binary community and those who support them.

We currently support more than 9,000 members in more than 40 countries.

Strategic Marketing Imperatives
The Sales and Marketing Director will be in charge of creating and implementing GenderGP's Sales, Marketing and Communication strategy. This includes:

Internal & external communications strategy - Ensure that our vision, mission and values are at the core of all that we do and all that we say - Positioned appropriately both internally and to the outside world.

Website, social media & branding strategy - Ensure that our engagement, messaging and content is in line with our mission and feeds into our sales and marketing strategy.

Advocacy & public affairs strategy - Manage our relationship with and service to the community as a whole, in addition to those we provide health services to. Nurturing and fostering relationships with the community and other stakeholders - globally.

Media & PR strategy - GenderGP works in a contentious field of healthcare. Develop our strategy to maximise the benefits that this brings. We are first to market and have the potential to further enhance our position as thought and knowledge leaders in this arena. We want to be the first organisation people turn to for comment, instruction, education.

Digital Marketing strategy - Use our current channels to expand into all channels that our members would use - Such as LinkedIn, Discord, Medium, TikTok, YouTube. Harness the power of content and engagement as a way to foster trust, conversation and knowledge leadership.

Sales strategy - Review current and potential products and services that would benefit our members. Showcase these and drive sales through content marketing, as well by considering paid for advertising, on an ROI basis.

Education strategy - Leverage our team of experts in the field in order to create written, audio and visual materials - Using our expertise to inform and educate and extend our reach to help more people all over the world.
