Job Description

We are looking for a self-driven and ambitious marketing professional with experience in content creation, social media, email marketing, online events, and more. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications. This position reports directly to the CEO.

**Role description

  • Set, plan and implement email and social media campaigns (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc.)
  • Proficiency in creating engaging text, image and video content across all channels
  • Drive engagement and retention via retargeting campaigns
  • Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
  • Monitor, track and report on brand feedback and online reviews
  • Collaborate with internal team to enhance product and service
  • Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and partners


  • 4-5 years experience as a community/social media manager, digital marketer, content creator or similar role
  • Comfortable with all forms of media (webinars, podcasts, written content, social posts, graphics and video) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Startups / Software industry exposure is preferred
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
  • Comfortable with long working hours and fast paced culture
