Their customers expect the best service and support and that's where we come in. Our Mods bring super skills, a positive attitude and great vibe to project work everyday. Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. Project gigs available now and more are on the horizon.

This massive project, supporting a very popular music streaming service, is growing AGAIN and looking for music-lovers that want to join our label. We are looking for Mods that are passionate about providing world-class support in an enjoyable online environment. This is an established and long-term project with an incredibly strong internal support system and highly interactive orientation program.

This project requires chat customer support in both German and English.

Hours/Schedule (all times PT):Orientation: Starts: January 19th or January 26th3 days, Wednesday - Friday, 6 am - 3 pm

Orientation Stage 215 days, Wednesday - Sunday (40 hours/week)8 am - 5 pmActively doing project tasks without KPIs1 week nesting in English2 weeks nesting in German

Orientation Stage 320 days, 40 hours/weekActively doing project tasks with KPIsRelease to Production: 25 hours/week (minimum)Production hours of operation: 8 am - 10 pm

Production Commitment:25 hours per week (15 of the hours during the weekend - Saturday & Sunday)90 days

Hourly Rate: to be discussed in interview

Qualified applicants will need to have language assessments in German and English, to ensure adequate proficiency.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Ability to quickly identify any and all issues the customer may have
  • Ability to maintain high engagement with both the project and customers
  • Someone who wants to help the customer, not just move to the next one
  • Customer support professionals who are well versed in written customer support communication
  • Professional/business level proficiency in German and English languages

Workspace Requirements:

  • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above (Please note: A Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects.)
  • Quality headset
  • Quiet workspace to take calls
  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on phone
