Job Description

We’re looking for a Manager or Senior Manager of Marketing Operations (depending on experience) to join our Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Director of RevOps, this person will help build upon our existing marketing systems and data infrastructure, enabling more data-driven decision-making. This person will play a critical role in helping our GTM teams better understand how our messaging resonates with our target audience, how contacts are progressing through our funnel, what nurture campaigns we should invest in, and more. The Senior Manager of Marketing Operations will:

  • Report to the Director of Revenue Operations
  • Own the management of our MAS (Hubspot), including system architecture, data sync to the CRM, workflow automation, email/campaign/landing page builds, etc., and will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues in both Hubspot and Iterable
  • Monitor and measure Marketing data for campaign optimizations; communicate findings regularly to Marketing/Operations leadership.
  • Be responsible for developing and executing email and cross-channel marketing campaigns to increase customer conversion, revenue, and engagement and for reporting results around the same.
  • Maintain responsibility for web page creation and updates within the CMS.
  • Manage web requests for all GTM activations, including design and copy updates
  • Ensure the highest level of UI/UX across all creative web and email assets.

About You

  • 2++ years of Marketing/Sales/RevOps experience
  • Expertise as a Hubspot/Marketo Admin
  • Experience with cross-channel marketing initiatives
  • Experience reporting on campaign performance and deriving/presenting insights from relevant data
  • Passionate about expanding access to mental health support
  • Preferred: Experience utilizing HTML
  • Preferred: Expertise in Google Analytics

The salary range for this position is $110-130K, and eligible for a performance bonus.
