The Role
Pocket is at the heart of Web3 development, and we need to be at the heart of Web3 developer conversations. The Growth Marketing Manager (Demand) will guide us on the strategy, helping us leverage various channels, to grow our business and build our community. We'll look to you to help us reach the right audience – Web3 developers – at the right time and in the right place. And you'll need to execute. We're a small but wildly successful company, and we all get our hands dirty.


  • Set the marketing plan and roadmap for our acquisition and retention marketing efforts to optimize growth
  • Oversee the planning and buying of our global media and advertising budget and ensure we optimize spend towards an effective return
  • Identify and experiment with new growth levers that help bring Pocket Network to more developers around the world
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Business Development and Product teams to develop strategies, assets, campaigns and event programming that prime marketing funnels and maximize user acquisition

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience leading growth marketing teams.
  • Strong marketing acumen and experience developing and executing marketing
  • programs and campaigns.
  • Customer acquisition strategies - paid, SEO, social, web, email
  • Experience building email campaigns, paid media programs, CRM scoring, and marketing automation workflows
  • Fluency with marketing metrics, analysis and attribution
  • Experience marketing to beginner and advanced developers. Experience marketing to
  • enterprise developers is a plus.
  • Experience at early-stage startups is a large plus
  • Passion for blockchain technologies, Web3 and crypto
  • Experience leading globally distributed teams and contributors
