We are looking for a hands-on, intelligent, and detail-oriented Billing Customer Service Specialist that reports to the Finance Lead. He/She will be primarily responsible for resolving international customer billing matters for our customers. This role requires the ability to learn new online software applications quickly and independently. As our customers are based internationally, the candidate should possess very good spoken and written English communication skills at the native speaker level.


  • Reply international customer billing enquiries and tickets in a timely manner.
  • Manage and monitor the invoice billing and payments in our billing system (Chargebee).
  • Assist with billing, collection, invoicing, refunds and chargebacks.
  • Assist daily billing operations and makes recommendations on opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with the development of billing policies.


  • Degree in any discipline required.
  • Proactive and quick self-learner. Learning to use multiple new systems and tools in a short period of time is required.
  • 1-2 year experience in billing support/billing admin in the SaaS industry or an e-commerce company preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English is a must. We are looking for a candidate with a precise, simple and clear communication style.
  • Enjoy working independently in a fast speed working environment.
  • Enjoy dealing with overseas customers.
  • Eye for details
