The Position

CallRail is hiring an Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to play a critical role in demand generation and revenue growth. You will be responsible for crafting and executing multi-channel ABM campaigns to engage target accounts at every stage of their journey. You will achieve monthly and quarterly lead, customer and revenue targets leveraging best in class marketing methodologies and account-based marketing frameworks. You will work closely with sales, content, product marketing, brand, marketing operations, and your peers on the demand generation team to produce high impact campaigns that acquire, engage, nurture, and convert leads from targeted accounts into customers.

As the ABM Marketing Manager, you will be the primary ABM strategist, responsible for end-to-end conceptualization and execution of highly targeted and converting ABM campaigns in coordination with the strategic sales team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in building and executing measurable and successful account-based demand generation programs and campaigns in a B2B environment. We are looking for a self-starter who can design a strategic plan, execute with precision and effortlessly track and analyze performance.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the end to end operation of a 3rd party ABM platform, to develop and execute multi-channel ABM marketing campaigns - strategy, execution, optimization and reporting
  • Define goals in the development and execution of ABM campaigns that seamlessly integrate into company-wide business objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing functions, sales, and management teams to drive timely completion of deliverables across all channels - including digital, events, SDRs, nurturing and marketing operations
  • Relentlessly optimize and track campaign performance across different campaigns
  • Work closely with the global sales team to target tier 1 accounts and drive additional engagement from these accounts
  • Explore and test different ways to drive CAC (customer acquisition costs) down while increasing our conversion rates
  • Represent ABM demand generation plans to a wide range of stakeholders, including sales teams and executives
  • Reporting and analysis of ABM marketing campaigns, and present recommendations, reports, and findings to the broader organization, including volume at every stage, conversion rates between stages, and velocity from inquiry to sold
  • Obtain a deep understanding of target markets and buyers in order to engage the right people in the best possible way to achieve results
  • Actively solicit inputs from key stakeholders regarding campaign plan requirements and performance
  • Align with overall company branding and awareness strategies

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years of hands on ABM experience
  • 5-7 years total B2B demand generation marketing experience, SaaS & Martech preferred
  • Demonstrable experience leveraging modern marketing tenets to build a multi-channel demand generation engine
  • Demonstrated results in leveraging ABM frameworks to drive growth within strategic verticals and target accounts
  • Deep understanding and experience with marketing automation systems, nurture tactics, buyer personas and lead scoring, and other key B2B marketing principles
  • Experience with ABM tools (DemandBase preferred), marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred) and customer relationship management tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strategy, project management, budget management, and financial skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence others with and without formal authority and build partnerships within the organization
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with a high level of initiative
  • Obsessed with metrics - monitor results of campaigns, reporting, and optimizing for new and better campaigns
