We are currently looking for a Remote Data Entry Clerk

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices into company systems.
  • Transcribe, scan, and file documents as needed
  • Email Invoices to customers
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases using Excel

Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Excellent communication skills
