Work Hours
This position can be based at corporate in Dubuque, IA, or remote.
Full-time, hourly position, 40 hours per week.

The position: As an Insurance Services Associate, you will be responsible for administering the RPM Insurance Services program. This includes reviewing property data for renter’s insurance compliance, auditing, accounting, as well as working directly with the sites for compliance and training.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure insurance and financial integrity of properties assigned to team by reviewing monthly reports for compliance.
- Assist in new property onboarding and dispositions as assigned
- Ensure critical dates are met (monthly billing, reporting, etc.)
- Effectively communicate and manage internal and external communications.
- Provide prompt and excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards for resident service
- Complete monthly reporting and benchmarking for RPMIS
- Analyze, trend and report insurance program penetration.
- Documents all activities and uploads all pertinent documents in resident files
- Monitor compliance with the RPM Renter’s Insurance Platforms: RPM Insurance Services LLC, Resident Legal Liability, and Security Deposit Premium
- Assist in the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the RMIS system.
- Do a great job of managing internal and external communications.
- Effectively collaborate with other departments.
- Represents RPM Living in a professional manner at all times. Consistently maintains a professional courteous attitude when dealing with residents, coworkers, and the general public
- Required to possess reliable means of transportation to be used in the course of daily activities

- The ability to learn all firm software systems.
- The ability to learn insurance products and grow in product knowledgeQualifications:
