Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, social media and writing, and will be responsible for developing internal medical content pages, medical landing pages, and medical home pages, as well as creating engaging social media content for our medical clients and their audiences.


Content Creation: Craft engaging, accurate, and informative content on a variety of medical topics. This includes creating content for our internal pages, landing pages, home pages, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc).

Research: Conduct extensive research to ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with the latest medical guidelines and best practices.

Proofreading: You are responsible for proofreading your own content and engaging in peer reviews of the content produced by other members of the team. You are also responsible for engaging in the website QA process for new website content.

Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a social media content strategy aligned with the client's overall digital marketing goals.
Track and document work: Track all work inside of our content management system, following our company guidelines for tracking, documentation, and communication about all work projects.

Meetings: Attend team meetings to go over the status of work projects and learn new information about clients.


  • Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in content creation, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong SEO-focused writing and editing skills.
  • Proven experience in a variety of content development areas, including medical/technical writing, feature writing, and short and long-form writing.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to communicate complex medical information clearly and in an easy-to-understand style.
  • Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with relevant technology and software, including content management systems and Google Workspace.
  • Understanding of how to use SEO
