Job Description

Dreamwave AI, a cutting-edge startup company focused on developing artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for generating high-quality photography, is seeking a skilled individual for a contract role in photography and photo editing. The ideal candidate will have experience in either photographing people or editing photos of people. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to distinguish between multiple similar photos of a person, and a strong focus on facial features. We are particularly interested in candidates who are photography students or photographers looking to contribute their expertise to our innovative projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and support requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, answering product-related questions, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the AI development team and marketing team, to gather insights and feedback from customers and relay it to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular updates to the team on customer feedback and trends.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide suggestions for product enhancements or process improvements.
  • Develop and implement customer support processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of customer support documentation, including FAQs, knowledge base articles, and user guides.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer support or customer experience role, preferably in a technology or software company.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and effectively address their concerns.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to provide creative solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in customer support software and tools.
  • Availability to work on a contract basis.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with AI technology and its applications.
  • Experience in the photography or related industry.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
