Job Description

Digioh, a category leader in contact acquisition, zero-party data capture, and zero-party data management in the retail/eCommerce and media/publishing industry, is growing - and actively searching for candidates who can fulfill a multi-faceted, yet highly strategic role in our growing go-to-market team. This individual will report directly to the CRO, & be responsible for both content and partner marketing as we begin to build out a GTM motion. It is a ground-floor opportunity, meaning a balance between strategy and tactical actions will be needed, and also an important skill set.

Today, Digioh works with over 1,400 customers, capturing 2B+ data points on a daily basis, & driving conversion rates upwards of 3%+ for all of our customers. As a key part of our focused growth, our goal is to double our rate of net new customer acquisition in the next 24 months. This role is critical to scale for that growth goal.

Key Responsibilities:
Build, grow and maintain the Digioh blog
Grow Digioh’s social presence (Linkedin, Twitter, and Facebook)
Engage with our customers via social media
Coordinate and write blog/content posts on high ranking SERP sites
Work with our partners to curate content, create joint collateral, etc.
Create content (slides, collateral, etc.) in partnership with CRO and partners
Host webinars with our partners, and help support the webinars we participate in with them
Evaluate what keywords are the most relevant for our audience, and partners audience
Work in partnership with our Customer team to put together content around best practices
Be close to the voice of the customer, helping us curate content that’s most relevant to them
Monitor keywords in support to figure out what type of content we should write
Support CEO and CRO on GTM opportunities that need the support from Marketing.

3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in content or partner marketing
Ability to have strong project management skills
Clear communicator across both internal and external audiences
