Auth0 Customer Marketing Manager (Remote Eligible) at Okta

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager who will play a critical role in our CIAM journey: help Auth0 inform, inspire, empower, and delight technical audiences – developers, tech leaders, PMs, architects, and builders – as they buy and adopt Auth0 CIAM for their consumer and SaaS applications, and APIs. You will do that by enabling our current customers to make the most of their Auth0 investment. You will work with PMMs, customer success and marketing to understand areas of up-sell, cross-sell and as well as drive feature usage that would increase stickiness of our product.

As a key member of the product marketing team for the Auth0 Product Line, you will work closely with our PMM, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success teams to drive awareness and education of various features of Auth0. You will create campaigns, emails, webinars and other assets in collaboration with the PMM team. The successful candidate will have direct customer marketing management experience in an enterprise SaaS environment. Experience in product marketing is a plus.

This role can be based from a home office anywhere in the US or Canada and will report to the Director of Product Marketing.

What you will do:

  • Customer Advocacy: Be a customer advocate and understand post-sales cycle including cross-sell, up-sell, expansion of products
  • Metrics & Insights: Be very comfortable working with Sales, Customer Success to understand their metrics and bring insights into the PMM team.
  • Content: Work with DemandGen marketing to execute webinars, case studies, email and paid media campaigns
  • Tools: Be comfortable with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Highspot, Asana (or experience with a similar project management tool
  • Industry Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the CIAM technology landscape. Work alongside other members of the product marketing team to understand the identity challenges of the world’s largest organizations, and how Auth0 Customer Identity helps solve those problems.
  • Understand the Voice of the Developer, including developer needs, expectations and product understanding when it comes to the identity landscape for application development.

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years of Customer Marketing or Product Marketing
  • Proven track record marketing enterprise SaaS to a technical audience
  • Experience identifying key business KPIs and understanding underlying drivers to build out strategy and identify new opportunities
  • Able to collaborate effectively with a diverse, remote team in ambiguous situations
  • Demonstrated experience in growing the business based on insights and working collaboratively across the organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong focus towards metrics and measuring success
  • Can travel domestically or internationally when required (15% or less)
