You must be data-driven, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable with technology. The ideal candidate is a highly creative individual who can think outside the box to develop and execute campaigns, has a strong understanding of the fashion industry, and can effectively manage budgets and adhere to deadlines.

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to create and implement exciting campaigns that will help us stand out from the competition and increase our global brand recognition. You will be the go-to person for all things digital and will be responsible for managing our website, creating dynamic email campaigns, managing our community, and creating paid advertising campaigns. You will also be in charge of analyzing data, optimizing campaigns, and producing reports to track and measure the success of digital marketing efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies including paid advertising, website optimization, email campaigns, and community management.

• Monitor and analyze trends in digital media and develop strategies to leverage trends and capitalize on opportunities.

• Track and analyze web analytic data to measure success of campaigns and optimize spend.

• Create and design creative assets for campaigns.

• Manage and optimize website for traffic and conversions.

• Develop and manage email campaigns.

• Develop and manage blog.

• Develop and manage campaigns to build brand awareness.

• Research and identify new opportunities to reach target audiences.

• Stay up to date on industry trends to ensure best practices are implemented.

• Monitor and improve SEO and SEM.


• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including paid advertising, email marketing, website optimization, and social media.

• Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
