Job Description

At Numerade, our goal is to provide best-in-class support to our users. We are thrilled to add a Customer Support Representative to be the voice of our brand and provide more support to our Customer Success team. You’ll be a customer-obsessed self-starter who’s ready to rapidly grow with us! This is a salaried, full-time role, where you’ll mostly work flexible weekday hours, but will need to log a few hours on the weekends to ensure urgent customer issues are attended to. W

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Field inbound customer emails and chats, resolving customer requests quickly and efficiently
  • Process subscription updates and cancellations
  • Adopt a friendly, supportive, and patient tone
  • Navigate customers through using our Numerade platform, identifying and troubleshooting technical issues that surface
  • Become an expert on the Numerade student experience
  • Adhere to evolving processes within a growing startup to maintain efficiency and achieve operational excellence
  • Identify and track customer issues and complaints to ensure transparency and improve the customer experience
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager on various projects as well as financial reporting and tracking.

You’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in an inbound customer service and support role
  • Experience in a role where customers are high school and college students is a plus
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Passion for customer service and technology - a real people person
  • Technical, detail-oriented mindset with strong quantitative skills
  • Can do attitude – no task is too small
  • Strong organizational skills
