Marketing Lead - 8 months (Full Time Maternity Cover) - Fully remote

Sama is a fast-growing, purpose driven company that is tackling the $7 trillion employee engagement challenge by democratising professional coaching. Sama’s B2B solution enables employers to provide all their employees with access to their very own professional coach via an app, elevating engagement and strengthening the foundations of any diversity & inclusion program.

Your role:
Reporting to the CEO, this role is responsible for delivering all marketing activity across the business.

You’ll form part of the growth team, planning and executing experiments that drive Sama’s success, as well as delivering marketing campaigns. Working closely with the sales team to support our ambitious growth plans, this role can be broken down approximately as follows:

Sales enablement and account based marketing (c. 50%)
Brand building / events / webinars / podcasts (c. 15%)
Email marketing (c. 15%)
Content creation (c. 10%)
Paid media / PPC (c. 10%)

Note: this is a startup environment and things move quickly. Adaptability and a can-do attitude are key.

Key skills and experience:
Experience in a startup / scale-up environment
Experience working B2B HR space, where buyer is in a HR role
Robust understanding of account based marketing and track record of ABM success
Strong content creation & copywriting skills (please link any relevant examples in your application)
Adaptable writing style and understanding of brand tone of voice
Events experience (digital / physical) including webinars and podcasts
Working knowledge of Hubspot: email marketing; social scheduling; workflows; reporting
Working knowledge of GA4
Working knowledge of Google Ads and campaign best practice
Working knowledge of WordPress

Tools we use (working knowledge is a benefit but not essential)
Google Workspace

EUR 40-50k

Interview process:
Initial chat with our in-house recruiter (30 mins)
Competency based interview with Head of Marketing (45 mins)
Panel interview with presentation / task (1 hour)
Feedback / offer
