About the Role
The Data Entry/Contracts Specialist for the Nurse and Vocational Rehabilitation Case Management Services (NVRS) program will report to a RN Regional Quality Assurance Manager and will work with the rest of the Nurse and Vocational Rehabilitation Case Management Team to deliver expert, quality services and supports to our Department of Labor customer and the injured workers (IWs) the program serves.
What You’ll Do
The Data Entry Specialist will support the RN Regional Quality Assurance Managers, Regional Team Leads, and the Triage Nurses, Field Nurses, and Rehabilitation Counselors by performing any needed administrative tasks, including facilitating the team’s interface with the official system of record, DMP.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Load Nurse data into system of record.
- Assist Nurses and Rehabilitation Counselors with uploading completed documentation and reports.
- Assign cases in system of record based on Regional Team Lead instructions.
- Provide administrative support to the TPG Project Management Organization (PMO) for required contract reporting.
- Other duties as assigned by Managers.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
- BA/BS in a business-related field or High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of data entry and administrative support in a medical setting.
- High level of comfort working with new technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess strong computer skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Teams.
- Ability to type 45 wpm.
Work Environment
Remote work from home office.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position.

Job Summary:
The Data Entry Pricing Specialist will report to the Data Entry Manager and be a key contributor to the team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate evaluation and input of prospect accounts and their associated products and services into RoadRunners CRM. You will learn the complex nuances of the business and industry and be expected to collaborate extensively with internal teams to validate and optimize the data entry process.
Primary Duties Including % of time
- 75% – Organize, interpret, and input waste invoices
- 10% – Communicate with sales, operations, & leadership to ensure efficiency of data input process
- 10% – Analyze, propose, and implement Data Entry protocol optimizations
- 5% – Ad Hoc Data Entry Projects

Education:

Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 years of data entry experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Detail oriented with a high level of data integrity

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to type purchase order information into Salesforce from digital versions of paper documents. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. You will report to the Sales Operations Manager. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory.
The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners
- Type in data provided directly from customers
- Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
