We’re Ailet, a leading tech company providing high-tech services to the FMCG/Retail sector using image recognition technologies to boost sales efficiency. Our solutions grant real-time measurements of the most relevant shelf indicators. We help brands to know what’s happening in-store and how to improve sales performances.

Ailet is a global player collaborating with the strongest brands in the FMCG community. We already worked with Danone, Walmart, Nestlé, Pepsi, Coca-Cola Andina, Heineken, Mars, Kraft Heinz, and P&G. We have more than 30 clients Worldwide in more than 25 countries.

We seek a Senior Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team and contribute to the company's expansion into international markets.

Tasks:

  • Define growth points in regions based on Ailet products and industry offerings as well as market approach and efficient utilization of resources;
  • Monitor the competitive landscape (features, campaigns, offerings);
  • Lead lead generation activities to achieve regional goals (KPI’s);
  • Set up trackable KPIs using marketing dashboards.
  • Fine-tune the product description and lead generation actions (incl outreach messages) according to the region strategy;
  • Monitor changes in clients expectations and ensure that the required outreach messages (propositions) and strategy are aligned with these changes;
  • Engage and collect requirements for any new and existing processes for HQ-Regions integration;
  • Exchange best practices across the regions;
  • Plan and execute the activities on time and according to marketing strategy
  • Plan any necessary additional actions from product marketing’s side to support regional marketing activities and ensure that the necessary content is available and localized;

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, with a strong knowledge of target audience specifics (IT, SaaS, Telecom). Preferably B2B SaaS marketing;
  • Advanced Hubspot user (templates usage, report building, etc);
  • English language level: advanced C1;
  • Successful implementation of marketing tools to increase conversion;
  • Experience in building efficient channels, processes – key metrics, channels, messages used, etc;
  • Demonstrable strong project management and communication skills;
  • Spanish (as alternative Portuguese) language level: upper intermediate (30% of work will be conducted in Portuguese/Spanish).

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the marketing team of a B2B SaaS product company, providing services for enterprise FMCG and Retail clients;
  • Retail/FMCG experience.
