Do you get excited about creating best in class customer experiences? Databricks is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills. As a Field Marketing & ABM Events Coordinator at Databricks, you will be part of a high-growth tech startup with a collaborative culture. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Field Marketing, North America, you will help build scalable and efficient processes and assist in executing white glove targeted programs. You will also support virtual and onsite account based event execution and seamless enablement of our business partners to create maximum impact.

The impact you will have:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with timely follow through
  • Provide day to day support for ABM Events to exceed registration and attendance targets and provide excellent overall attendee experience
  • Build strong relationships with sales and marketing stakeholders but going above and beyond.
  • Smooth operations and detail-oriented execution of white glove event logistics
  • Ability to analyze data and provide suggestions to continuously improve our offerings
  • Document scalable and repeatable processes to make our efforts more efficient
  • Think outside the box and bring creative ideas to help our customers grow with us

What we look for:

  • ~2+ years of Account Based Marketing (ABM) and or Field Marketing Event experience
  • Experienced with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), MS excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and Mac
  • Proven capacity for exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, self-starting, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong project management skills, demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Must be metrics driven
  • Asana, Marketo, Salesforce and Tableau experience
  • Travel may required for events (when appropriate)
