As Director of Digital Marketing at MaintainX, you will be responsible for growing customer acquisition through Paid Media and organic Web channels. You will work closely with our current Performance Marketing Manager to efficiently scale our paid media channels and campaigns, while staying within our monthly payback targets. You will own our marketing website, drive web conversion optimization experiments, as well as be responsible for generating SEO traffic and rankings. This role reports to Sr. Director of Demand Generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Growth: Own the overall acquisition number across paid and organic, setting targets, forecasts and communicating performance to Marketing, Sales and Product stakeholders.
  • Digital experience strategy: Create an extraordinary marketing website to meet acquisition business goals. Lead the prospect journey across our website including navigation, site architecture, layout and user experience.
  • Performance marketing and ABM: Own and scale our paid media budget to efficiently drive qualified leads to hit business growth targets. Define and drive ABM digital strategy.
  • Conversion rate optimization: Improve web traffic conversion rate over time through ideating, designing and launching A/B tests with clear hypotheses that are backed by data. Own end-to-end web CRO testing roadmap including managing tests, reporting on results, and determining next steps.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Define KPIs and provide exec-level updates on progress and channel contributions towards business targets. Collaborate with Marketing Ops to create dashboards.
  • SEO: Lead overall SEO strategy, including target keywords, content, calls-to-action, on-page SEO and backlink building approach.
  • Web personalization: Create personalized web experiences for key industries and target accounts to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Content strategy: Team with Growth, Product Marketing & Content to build a content strategy aligned with SEO, customer acquisition, and customer success goals.
  • Technology: Define requirements for web marketing technology and process for managing content on the site. Ensure web tech is up to date in partnership with Engineering.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of work experience in B2B Acquisition marketing, preferably at SaaS companies
  • Experience managing six figure+ monthly paid media budgets and scaling performance channels.
  • Experience growing SEO traffic and organic lead acquisition. Familiar with on-site SEO best practices.
  • Experience running iterative web conversion optimization A/B testing programs.
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics for channels and campaigns.
