We’re looking for an enthusiastic, well-spoken, highly motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities

  • Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
  • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
  • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
  • Act as the first point of contact for all incoming support calls and text messages
  • Present a friendly and reassuring demeanor while gathering the necessary information required for our Operations team to provide the best service possible as quickly as they are able

Qualifications

  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Previous work in a customer-facing position
  • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
  • Verifiable experience with Zendesk is necessary for this role

Compensation

  • $21 - $23 hourly
